The Discovery Call

First things first, we'll have a relaxed video call to get to know each other.  We'll chat about your business, your goals, and what you envision for your website. This is where you can tell me all your ideas, and I can offer some suggestions. We'll also discuss your budget and what's realistic for your business. Think of it as a friendly brainstorming session!

The Collaborative Discussion

If we're a good fit, we'll dive deeper into your vision. We'll explore your business goals in more detail and discuss how a website can help you achieve them. I'll ask some questions, offer some ideas, and together, we'll start shaping the perfect online presence for you.

The Project Brief

After our chat, I'll create a detailed project brief. This document will outline everything we've discussed, including your business goals, target audience, and website content. I'll also do some competitor research and analyse their websites, so that we can make sure yours stands out from the crowd. We'll even gather all the content for your website, whether it's from your existing site, blog posts, or I can write it for you (and you can always tweak it!).

The Design Phase

Now for the fun part! Using the project brief as our guide, I'll start designing your website. I'll create mock-ups that reflect your brand and incorporate all your ideas. We'll have more video calls during this phase to review the designs, get your feedback, and make any tweaks along the way. Collaboration is key!

The Development Phase

Once you're happy with the design, I'll bring it to life! I'll build your website using the latest technologies, ensuring it's responsive, user-friendly, and looks great on any device. Think of it as the full package: accessible to all, optimised for Google so you get found, and built for speed so everyone has a great time on your site.

The Demo

Ready to see your website in action? We'll have another video call where I'll demo the finished product. We'll go through everything together, and you can give me any final feedback. We'll also discuss the go-live process, including a pre-launch and post-launch checklist to make the whole thing go super smoothly.

The Launch

Time to unleash your website on the world! I'll handle the technical side of launching your site, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Training & User Guides

After your website goes live, I'll provide you with user-friendly guides and training materials so you can easily manage and update your site. No more tech headaches!

Post-Launch Support

A few weeks after launch, we'll have one final video call to check in and see how everything is going. This is your chance to ask any questions that have come up and make sure you're completely happy with your new website.
